What is the difference between a Low Resolution DVD and a High Resolution DVD?

A Low Resolution DVD allows customers to print their images up to a 4x6 size. A High Resolution DVD allows customers to print their images up to a 24x36 size.

 

How long will it take to recieve my proofs?

The time it takes to recieve your proofs will vary depending on the time of year. Normally, you can expect to recieve your proofs within 4-6 weeks.

 

How far in advance should I book a portrait session?

Our busiest months are May, June, September, and October. You may wish to book a session a few months in advance during these peek months. Otherwise we aim to be flexible with scheduling sessions during times that work best for our clients.

 

What are your print prices?

Prices range from $4 for a 4x6 to $75 for a 16x20. Please contact us for a complete list of print prices.

 

How long does a portrait session last?

Sessions normally last 1-2 hours and include 1-2 locations.
