Style
A life long resident of St. Louis, Kelly Pratt attended high school (for those St. Louisans who are compelled to ask) at Ursuline Academy, where she also took her first photography class. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Photography from the School of Communications at Webster University.
Kelly loves working in an artistic field where she can stretch her creativity on a regular basis, while helping her clients express who they are through her photographic work. Having the ability to put people at ease during a shoot, Kelly poses her subjects as well as captures candid moments in a very natural way. Kelly is proud to be an Associate Member of the American Society of Media Photographers.
Kelly is joined in business by her fiancée, Ian Kreidich. Together, they aim to travel the world in search of that perfect shot. Ian’s passion for photography spurred from his mother’s desire to be a professional photographer. Being mostly self-taught, Ian is a creative addition to the business. Ian now joins Kelly on every wedding and occasionally on other photo shoots.
Kelly’s photographic style can be described as creative, chic, elegant, and fun. She finds inspiration in art, fashion, nature and even movies, among other things. Ian focuses on finding the unique shot that is both artistic and technically challenging. A photojournalistic style is also part of both photographers work. Kelly and Ian make it a priority to create unique artistic images at every event and session they photograph. No cookie cutter images!
Kelly and Ian love working with creative people. Coming up with a look that will suit their client’s distinctive style and personality is always a top priority. Their goal is not only to create fantastic images, but also to make the experience comfortable and fun as well.
